Cashless Systems is committed to protecting online user privacy. Cashless may collect your personal data when you register for or use Cashless’ services, such as when you create an account, make a payment, or purchase commissary products through our Website or the website of our Processors or other third party entities we contract with to provide services. Cashless will only retain the following personal information that you provide Cashless:
- the last 4 digits of the debit or credit card number used in a transaction

- the 2-digit year of expiration of the debit or credit card used in a transaction
- your first, middle, and last name
- your contact address including your city, state, and zip code

Cashless Systems may also retain information from a transaction that is required to be retained at the direction of any corrections facility that Cashless Systems contracts with. This information is limited to your name, authorization code, transaction ID, inmate identification, and amount of the transaction.
Cashless Systems does not store your entire credit card or debit card number when a transaction is made. Therefore, a User’s credit or debit card information must be provided to Cashless Systems or its Processor each time a payment is made and each time a purchase is made. After a transaction is completed, neither Cashless Systems nor its Processors save Information other than that outlined above. Neither Cashless Systems nor its Processors collect any other information as a result of a User making a payment or purchase on https://commissarydeposit.com/, https://premier.services/, https://commissaryorder.com/, or other associated websites (“Website(s)”) through the use of “cookies” or any other technique. Cashless Systems and its Processors may disclose information about Users to others if we have a good faith belief that we are required to do so by law or legal process, to respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Cashless Systems, its Processors, or others.
Secure socket layer (SSL) encryption protocol is forced once users advance past the welcome page of our web site. This provides the optimum security protection of your debit or credit card account information for the time that it takes to authorize the payment or purchase.
Information Shared With Third Parties
Cashless Systems contracts with third parties to provide additional services on Cashless Systems’ behalf. Any third party with which Cashless contracts is required to adhere to the same level of security and control as Cashless Systems. Cashless Systems and its Processors may verify information provided to us with third parties so that Cashless Systems can verify the information in order to protect you from fraud. Cashless Systems and its Processors will use credit and debit card authorization and fraud detection services to verify card and address information and to make sure the card is not stolen. Cashless Systems may also disclose Information if Cashless Systems believes such disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud, illegal activity, or other violations of the law or Cashless Systems’ Terms and Conditions or this Privacy Policy.
Security
Cashless Systems and its Processors have security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Information under our control, including credit card information that is submitted to Cashless Systems. When Users make payments and purchases the site uses secure server software (SSL), which encrypts all information Users input before it is sent to us. Thus, steps are taken to protect the Information collected from you from unauthorized access. Unfortunately, no system is perfect; therefore, neither Cashless Systems nor its Processors make any representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of these security measures. Neither Cashless Systems nor their Processors shall be responsible for any actual or consequential damages that result from a lapse in compliance with this Privacy Policy or the Terms and Conditions because of a security breach or technical malfunction.

In the event that another company acquires Cashless Systems or all or part of its assets, we reserve the right to include Information among the assets transferred to the acquiring company.
